Master 23
The Master 23 is an automatic CNC work center designed to handle even the most challenging and varied glass and stone processing operations. With a useable bed size of 47” x 97”, the Master 23 is the ideal machine for shower door and stone vanity fabrication. A small footprint enables it to fit into tight spaces. For increased flexibility, an optional “C” axis can be added.
Functionality:
All Master Series CNC work centers perform: carving, cutting, drilling, edging, engraving, grinding, inlaying, milling, polishing, profiling, sawing and writing.
Worktable:
The base - a rigid structure, topped with an aluminum worktable, guarantees an absolutely flat work area for consistently flawless results.
Tool Changer:
Master 23 comes standard with an 18-position linear tool changer for automatic tool changes. Optionally, a spindle-mounted, “on the fly” 8-position rotary tool changer is available for quick, seamless tool changes.
PC Controls:
Intermac integrates IWNC numeric controls into a PC with a Windows interface, guaranteeing full connectivity and ease-of-use. A full PC front end/back end architecture, the system includes CD-ROM drive, modem and network card, flat panel color monitor, and Windows OS.
Serviceability:
The work center includes Teleservice software, enabling remote diagnostics and software updates via modem. With a webcam, machine images can be transmitted to our Service Department in real time.
Motion Contol:
Ball screw drive mechanisms, brushless servomotors, and full digital motion control deliver ultimate precision and reliability.

Optical Tool Pre-Setter: The optional tool pre-setter offers the latest in tool setup and monitoring technology. Cutting tool setup time by at least a factor of 5, the tool pre-setter allows precise placement and orientation of each wheel. The relationship of each wheel to the next maximizes tool life and improves edge quality.

The latest evolution in 3-axis work centers and #1 selling machines in North America, the Master 33 and Master 43 represent a step up in technology and size from the Master 23 and Master 30. They are designed for businesses looking to optimize production with a highly reliable machine that has an excellent quality-price ratio. With useable bed sizes of 64” x 127” and 90” x 160” respectively, and one or two 14-position rotary tool changers, the Master 33 and Master 43 are perfectly suited for most types of countertop and flat glass fabrication. Options include a “C” or “A” axis for increased flexibility.
