Salem Distributing Company, Inc. is an international employee-owned company with sales in 39 countries. The corporate office is located in a 50,000-square-foot facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with sales representatives throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Warehouses are maintained in Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Winston-Salem, NC and Toronto, Canada.

Salem Expertise

For over 70 years, Salem Distributing has successfully served three distinct industries: Flat Glass and Mirror, Precision Electro-Optical and Ophthalmic. All these industries produce a specified surface condition. From brillirant beveled mirrors to critical surface preparation of gallium arsenide semiconductor material to pristine finishes of high-index ophthalmaic lenses, Salem is capable of supplying the materials and technical expertise needed. This complex relationship of industries, materials and variation of themes has served to build a vast wealth of product and process knowledge unique to a single company.

Salem Stone

In 2001, Salem Distributing once again distilled all of its fields of expertise and began serving a new industry – stone. Salem Stone introduced the Bovone line of stone edging equipment along with an extensive offering of cost-effective, high-quality stone working supplies.

Bergman-Blair

Salem Stone acquired the Bergman-Blair Machinery Corporation in late 2004. Bergman-Blair represented a complete line of stone fabricating equipment that was second to none. Today our line of equipment remains an elite group with a world wide proven track record of performance and value. No other line of equipment offers better performance or greater peace of mind for your investment.
