GMM BRIO
The brio is one of the New Generation of bridge saws from Gmm that features a 180° rotating head. This new bridge saw answers the need for high speed, high accuracy applications for small to medium size plants. It can be operated manually or perform automatic parallel, perpendicular and diagonal cuts. The brio features an innovative rotating head rather than the conventional rotating table. This configuration has proven to increase production up to two fold and to greatly increase cutting accuracy.To further increase production and efficiency, the brio features a tilting table to assist in easy loading of the slabs.
The brio does not utilize masonry wall foundations, making it compact and very cost-effective to install.

GMM ROTEX
The Rotex 39 answers the need for high speed, high accuracy applications such as automated production lines, and complex interior work, spiral staircases and the like. This versatile saw is capable of producing accurate non-parallel, orthogonal and oblique cuts as well as complex profiles and circumference cuts all with a blade. It features a rotating head rather than a rotating table, brushless motors and linear bearings on the X axis side. The Rotex 39 features Gmm's signature accuracy: .004 of an inch over a 12 foot cut.

GMM LITOX
The litox is a 5-axis fully automatic bridge saw. It answers the need for high speed, high accuracy applications such as automated production lines, and complex interior work, for medium to large-scale plants. It features an innovative 360° rotating head rather than the conventional rotating table. This configuration has proven to increase production up to two fold and to greatly increase cutting accuracy.
In a fully automatic setting, jobs can be staged on a conveyor and quickly moved into position, automatically cut and moved to the next operation, one after the other. One-off and custom jobs are just as quickly performed.
The litox features Cuts From CAD and Slab-Cam technology, which puts the operator in complete control of the sawing process from fast accurate set-up to increasing production to reducing waste.Cuts From CAD allows for fast and accurate transfer of template drawings as DXF files via a LAN network.
Slab-Cam utilizes an overhead camera to display a real time image of the slab positioned on the table. It interfaces with the Cut From CAD system to retrieve templates. The templates are simply “dragged and dropped” to be viewed superimposed over the actual slab. Utilizing a touch-screen, the template can be positioned anywhere on the slab to include or exclude features from a particular area of the work piece. Once the template is positioned, the litox will automatically cut the shape.
To further enhance the litox’s efficiency, the Slab-Cam incorporates an Optimization Package. This Optimization Package allows for on-screen fingertip arrangement the individual pieces of the job to minimize the number of cuts and to reduce costly waste.

GMM EGIL
The egil is the latest 5-axis fully
automatic bridge saw. It was designed for high speed, high accuracy
applications such as automated production lines, and complex interior
work, for medium to large-scale plants. It features an innovative 360°
rotating head rather than the conventional rotating table. This
configuration has proven to increase production up to two fold and to
greatly increase cutting accuracy. To further enhance the egil’s
versatility, the blade can tilt from 0 to 90°.
